bruce-hendricks Bruce Hendricks

Chief Executive Officer

Bruce Hendricks is a 37-year banking veteran who began his career in 1969 in Las Vegas, most recently served as Executive Vice President and Regional President of the Sahara Regional office of Bank of Nevada. Active in the community, Hendricks is a former president and member of the board of directors of the UNLV Alumni Association. He is also a past president of the Las Vegas Central Rotary Club and a former board member for the Academy of Finance at Clark High School.

President and Chief Operating Officer

John Guedry has over 27 years of experience in financial services and related industries in Nevada. Prior to joining Bank of Nevada, he was CEO and President of Business Bank of Nevada until it was purchased by City National Bank in 2007, where he remained as Executive Vice President before joining CB Richard Ellis as a Managing Partner. Active in a number of civic and community endeavors, Guedry serves as a board member of Opportunity Village, the Public Education Foundation, NAIOP, Las Vegas Bowl and Women’s Development Center. He is also a past chairman of the Nevada Bankers Association and Leadership Las Vegas Council for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. A native of New Orleans, Mr. Guedry moved to Las Vegas with his family in 1974. He graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in business management.

  Travis Fonnesbeck

Chief Financial Officer

Travis Fonnesbeck has over 15 years professional experience in accounting and finance in Nevada.  Fonnesbeck began his career in public accounting with McGladrey & Pullen before pursuing accounting and finance opportunities in the real estate development/home building industry in southern Nevada.   In 2005, Fonnesbeck became the Controller of a mortgage banking company headquartered in Henderson, Nevada before joining a publicly traded bank holding company in 2007 as its Financial Reporting Manager to manage its SEC financial reporting requirements.   Fonnesbeck joined Bank of Nevada's parent company Western Alliance Bancorporation in 2008 as Assistant Controller before joining Bank of Nevada in 2009 as its Financial Reporting Manager.  Fonnesbeck is a graduate of Southern Utah University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master of accountancy degree.  Fonnesbeck is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Nevada and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation holder.

  Greg Manley

Chief Credit Officer

Greg Manley has over 35 years experience starting his banking career in 1978 at the former Valley Bank of Nevada where he served in branch banking and commercial lending.  Prior to joining Bank of Nevada in 2000, he managed Valley Bank of Nevada’s largest commercial lending center.  After the purchase of Valley Bank of Nevada he had the opportunity to be part of a new community bank, Business Bank of Nevada, which was purchased by City National Bank in 2007.  Manley is a graduate of Pacific Coast Bank School, the Northwest Intermediate Banking School, and the National Commercial Lending School.
