downtown together

After years of rented office space and despite a lagging economy, Eglet Wall Christiansen was determined to strengthen their foundation in Las Vegas and build their headquarter offices. They wanted a building that was within close proximity to the Regional Justice Center, and would both demonstrate their commitment to the legal community and support the downtown economy. Once completed, the new building will house a mock courthouse which will give UNLV students the opportunity to experience a trial first-hand.

After locating the right site to build, which is located a few blocks from their current office, they needed to find the right financing. They turned to their banker, Sarah Guindy, for guidance. "Just as our firm helps navigate clients through the legal process, Sarah Guindy and the Bank of Nevada team helped us obtain the right financing to build our new downtown headquarters," said Robert Eglet, senior partner.

Not only did the bank put together the right financing package for them, but their banker helped put together a team of professionals to assist some of the firm's clients who had recently received large settlements. "They never pressured our clients to open accounts with them, but presented sound financial advice to help our clients make better financial decisions," said Robert Adams, partner.
