On-Call Lockbox Processor
The position of Lockbox Processor is responsible for processing all Lockbox transactions; logging and tracking all Lockbox mail; sorting, opening and verifying outgoing mail; performing various clerical duties; answering questions or inquiries customers may have concerning their Lockbox accounts; performing data entry/item entry balancing and reject/re-entry using specialized software on an image display workstation; assisting in a variety of operational duties.
Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus three (3) or more years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. Work related experience should consist of a financial institution operations or lockbox background. Intermediate knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and other Bank operational policies. Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; mainframe computer (ITI) system; and word processing, (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel, etc.). Typing skills to meet production needs of the position. (approx. 30 wpm). 10-key experience preferred.
Business and Consumer Loan Team Leader
Responsible for assisting the Business and Consumer Loan Center Manager manage the processing of business loan requests for companies with direct borrowing needs of $250,000 and under. This includes managing the BON Portfolio Management process (5 to 8 staff) and providing underwriting assistance and backup for the BCLC production team including:
- Small commercial loan underwriting and review
- Consumer loan underwriting and review
- Back up for BCLC Asst Manager
The BCLT Leader will also assist in administering policies as they affect the BCLC operation and tracks activity and results. Recommends strategic goals for the Central Loan Center operation; reviews and recommends objectives and procedures; is accountable for loan quality and prepares reports for Senior Management.
Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent from a four (4) year college or university; three (3) or more years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience should consist of a financial analyzing or lending background. Advanced experience, knowledge and training in financial statement and tax return analysis typically resulting from a combination of education in accounting, financial and/or credit analysis or related areas. Advanced experience, knowledge and training in all lending activities and terminology. Must have knowledge of commercial, construction, real estate and consumer loan processing. Intermediate knowledge of related state and federal lending and compliance regulations, and other Bank lending policies. Ability to develop marketing and business development skills with customers. Computer, math and typing skills to meet the need of the position. Basic knowledge of branch operation procedures, Bank products and services. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work with no supervision while performing duties. Ability to lead less experienced employees and other staff members as assigned.
REO Reporting Manager
REO Reporting Manager will assist the Director of Corporate Facilities in the preparation and analysis of the Bank’s REO and property management portfolio. These reports and analyses will be used for regulatory, board reporting and audit responses. Additional responsibilities include gathering and compiling information from various sources such as IT, accounting, real estate, etc for the purpose of developing Asset Quality Reports. Other duties include consolidation of these reports to include all subsidiary banks/affiliates; review potential problems with the Director of Corporate Facilities for resolution and coordination of meetings with internal/external auditors. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a 4-year College and three (3) years or more related experience or an Associate’s Degree and five (5) years or more of related experience. Work related experience should consist of an accounting or bookkeeping background. REO experience preferred. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Foreclosure/Bankruptcy processing and REO management. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Real Estate sales, Loan Foreclosure procedures and Bankruptcy statutes.
