Employees who go above and beyond the call of duty are recognized on a monthly basis through Bank of Nevada’s Shining Star Program. Customers may nominate employees by filling out nomination forms available in the lobby of each branch. Employees may nominate other employees by completing the employee version of the form, which is located on the Bank’s Intranet.
A special committee reviews all the nomination forms each month and chooses one officer and one non-officer for the monthly award. Each Shining Star winner becomes eligible for the Shining Star of the Year Award.
